PB Lashes (“we”, “us”) is a lash studio operated by Parisa Babaei in Toronto, Canada. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you book or contact us through pblashes.studio.
When you request an appointment we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected or preferred services, preferred appointment time (or that you are unsure), and any notes you choose to share.
We may also store technical details needed to run the site securely (such as basic server logs).
To confirm and manage appointments, reach you about timing or service details, send booking confirmations, and improve our scheduling experience.
We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted processors to operate booking and email delivery (including Supabase for data storage and Resend for transactional email). They only process data on our instructions.
Studio operators with admin access may view appointment details to serve you.
Appointment records are kept as long as needed for scheduling, client care, and legitimate business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
You may email parisa@pblashes.studio to request access, correction, or deletion of your booking information, subject to legal and operational limits.
